Excel tips
Tip 1.
Heres a basic tip. If you want to create a column of numbers going 1 to anything with a difference of 1:-

Enter 1 in the top cell
Enter 2 in the cell below
select BOTH cells, left mouse click
move mouse pointer over the bottom rhs corner of the bottom cell and when pointer changes to a crosshairs over the dragbar, left click and hold the button down, pull mouse downwards.

This will create 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,,,,,,,,,,,,,, etc downwards.

The same method works horizontally but the first 2 cells are side by side before you select both and drag.

If you want only odd numbers in the list, then enter 1 then 3 in the first 2 cells.

If you want to go up in 50's then enter 0 then 50 in the first 2 cells.

It works for any difference, you just set it in the first 2 cells.

If the second number is less then the first number, the list reduces in value and will go negative if you wish.

You could equally copy LEFT or UP to extend the list that way.
