One thing Moses that occurs to me is that you have already done the work and have it in the form of a Word document. Am I right ?

Can you not just attach the document here as an attachment ? Either Word or Excel files can be atatched I'm pretty sure.

The other development since the old days is........
Google docs. You don't have to create the document on line, you can (once you have an account) just upload your Word or Excel document to Google docs, then opt to share it and choose 'publish as a web page' this will give you a link to post in a forum. There are other levels of sharing which allow certain invited people to make changes (edit on line documents) but we don't need to go into that here.
