xFrank - Sam is surely asking about a frequences of a named pairs
to be played for a stright(HotPick1) number .But he's obviously playing
a 50 number Lottery and is not clear in whitch country

Please ,tell us where do you play the Lottery you play and
is it possible to have a look on the history of the draws ,can you
upload a file for the past draws or some link to an oficial site for that
lottery .
In matter of inverted (capiquas)pairs I have some experience
but from a period I was playing a 90 number Lottery ....let say that
I can try having a look at your Lottery
