I think your website might benefit from a bit of colour as it has a bland look about it in pure white. Name address ( you need this to distribute winnings) and date of birth is a pretty important piece of personal information, and you may get reluctance to divulge this an obstacle to the project, and I don't know where you would stand with the Data Protection Act despite your promises not to pass the information to third parties?
