I've added a splash of colour to the site. Hopefully I haven't made it more difficult to read.

I'm not asking for addresses; I intend to distribute any bonuses via PayPal. I'm not even insisting on real names; contributors can sign up using an alias, and posting from a throwaway email, if they are concerned about privacy.

Your mention of the Data Protection Act is a bit more tricky. I certainly intend to comply with the requirements on handling data fairly, and I understand that 'not-for-profit' organisations like small clubs are exempt from registering with the Information Commissioner. That an organisation targetting the lottery could be construed as 'not'for'profit' might seem a little suspect, but I would argue this is a lottery club, and I'm not charging for membership. Yes, I'm selling lucky reports to anyone who wants to stay outside the Project, and maybe I should register this with the IC. I'm not saying anything more until I speak to a laywer........any lawyers in the house??
