For 1427 The good repeat skip value is 1266 - that's from about 12 years ago ! (see attatched image). I wonder will this go on ? The worst bad skip value is 309, with 9 consecutive failures to repeat. If you think it might repeat next time, then draw 1118 may contain at least one ball to consider. Number 37 is one of those balls, also evident in other good and bad skip values.
My elimination list with balls not expected to be drawn are :-

1 4 7 8 10 11 12 14 18 19 20 26 27 29 33 34 36 39 49

and from my bad skips list, a skip of 309 is not having any repeats at the moment, so maybe a number from draw 1428 ( 8 15 17 40 43 48) might reappear in the next draw.

Draw 1428 result was 09,18,34,37,39,47 BB 05

P.S. ALMOST HAD A REPEAT SIX NUMBERS
I.E.
Draw 1389: 05,09,18,23,31,39 BB 37

Well my system didn't spot similarities with 1389 as it doesn't compare bonus balls with other draws, so well spotted.

I'm 'eliminating' 1 2 8 9 18 19 20 22 25 26 29 30 32 37 42 48 in 1429.

It remained 10 hours to uk lotto.
For 1429 draw I searched pairs with a building skip equal with the last skip -1. And I found this:

Cols 1,2 has pair, col3 has the last skip and col4 has the precedence for the last skip, in fact col3 and col4 has the last two skips for that pair.

All this pair have now a skip in construction, which is not finalize, and this skip is less with 1 in comparation with the last skip.
Ex:
first pair 1-14 has the last skip=9 and the skip in construction, not finalize =8 so, if at least one number for this pair appear in 1430 draw will appear skip=9 equal with the precedence skip, a situation very rare.

So this pair give us a list of elimination numbers. If I can choose from its:

1 14
38 46
6 10
6 45
10 49
45 49
8 36
36 38

because in col4 have a value skip very near to the last skip in col3:
So:
1-14-38-46-6-10-45-49-8-36

it's my bad numbers!
