You can generate random numbers for selected lotteries or lottery types. You can also seed the generator with numbers you wish to Exclude, or seed it with numbers you want to appear on every line, or both. Thunderball and National Lotto 6/49 is available.
Unfortunately they haven't got around to Euromillions yet.

but I sometimes think you have to be good at maths to understand some of these Perms,Wheels etc
Like the author on this site I am not really keen on wheels and do not use them
mainly because the cost of the perms and gurantees are prohibitive
There not a good bet in other words.I prefer to stick to single lines

I still use the software for picking and observing numbers
but do not use the wheels much as they tend to be 1,2,or 3 power number wheels
and if you do not get your power number correct your knackered
one good thing about the software is you can download the results from the site
